Privacy Policy


Arrival time is from 2:00pm onwards


Departure time is 10:00 a.m. for sites and accommodation. Please drop keys at office or place your key through office door if outside office hours.

Payment Policy

One night deposit required when booking. Balance of account is payable on arrival. 

Cost of any damage to property or accommodation will be recovered. Any extra cleaning required will incur a cleaning charge

Cancellation Policy

Peak seasons & Event weekends

The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 14 days of arrival

Non peak seasons

If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival the deposit is not refundable.

Any cancellation will incur a $20.00 cancellation & administration fee per unit/site.

Bookings cannot be transferred to another person without our consent.

Deposits/payments are non-refundable for no shows. A non-show is considered a cancelled booking.

Cancellation Policy for Groups: If groups cancel within 30 days of arrival the deposit is not refundable. Any cancellations outside 30 days of arrival our cancellation & administration fee of $20 per unit/site will be deducted.

Child Policy

Children to be controlled and supervised by parents at all times.


In fairness to guests we ask that the playground not be used after dark. Children under the age of 10 are to be supervised at all times.


Visitors must report to the office.  Your visitors are your responsibility and should depart by 08:00 pm.  Visitors cars are to be parked on the road.  

Please note:  Visitors can be limited at peak season at Managers discretion. 

Conduct & Noise Policy

We expect common sense and consideration to be shown at all times to all other guests.

No noise after 10.00 p.m. and before 7.00 a.m. except NEW YEARS EVE.

Reasonable dress and behaviour at all times.  

Excessive drinking and parties are prohibited.  

Alcohol may be consumed on your site, in your unit or in the communal BBQ areas within reason.  

Bad language and abusive or offensive behavior is not permitted at any time.

No gang insignia / clothing to be worn on the premises at all times.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person and to remove from the park any person who in their opinion does not conduct themselves in a decent and reasonable manner.

No refund will be made in such circumstances.


All caravans, including camper vans must have an electrical warrant of fitness and comply with LPG Standard (NZS 5428:1996).  All camper vans and caravans must have their own waste water container.  Chemical toilets must be emptied in dump station.


Electricity can only be connected through an approved isolating transformer or RCD Safety Switch.


Vehicle speed in park is limited to a walking pace only. I.E: 5km/ph


All our accommodation units are Non Smoking.  Also, outside the Communal Kitchen area is Non Smoking.  Please respect this.


We are pet friendly by prior arrangement only. In peak season & big event weekends we will limit the amount of pets permitted due to the capacity of the park. We appreciate your understanding if we decline for this reason. Pets are not permitted in any accommodation units or communal facilities.


To be recycled or wrapped and placed in receptacles provided at recycling stations.


No open or charcoal fires to be used – please use the BBQ’s provided.

Breach of any of these rules, Health & Safety or Fire regulations may result in you being required to leave the park immediately – without refund.
